Temperature & Fuel Level Gauge's are pinned.

Both the fuel level gauge and the temperature gauge are pinned to the top. The fuse is fine, wondering what the next step should be before I pull it all apart.

dont pull anything apart till you know what is wrong.

take the wire off the temp sender unit. it should pin in one direction, then ground it, it should pin in the other direction. that will confirm the dash unit is good or bad.

same with the fuel gauge.

the fact that both have failed leads me to believe you have a cluster issue.
