1992 Toyota Tarago fuel problem

I removed fuel tank & flushed it out.
Refitted the fuel tank & started the motor which started &ran fine for about 3 min & then I switched it off & raw fuel started flowing out of the charcoal canister outlet.
I would like to know what has gone wrong?

I have to be honest, I am not too familiar with this vehicle model. However, if you are getting raw fuel from the charcoal canister, check to make sure the vent for the fuel tank isn't plugged. Also, make sure not to overfill the tank.
