My 92 Toyota Truck Deluxe Runs down the road like a top..when u stop and hit the clutch or break it surges. It also does this when I start it in the morning Idles fine..when it warms up surges every couple of seconds using anti freeze but its not leaking it PLease help

CHeck to make sure the coolant isn't mixing with the engine oil. Also, are you getting a lot of white smoke from the exhaust?
