None of the windows work and the power lock doesn't work on driver side.

Make sure the power to the master switch is there. Beyond that, the switch, wiring or motors may be bad.
Check for power to the door locks. The solenoid may be bad in that as well.

I had the exact problem on my 1993 mister 2. I'm sure you have the same problem. The door has been opened and closed many times over the last 18 or 19 years. I could not figure this problem out so I was telling a friend about my problem and he said its the wires at the door hinge. Sure enough I took a razor blade and carefully slit an opening in the rubber cover. And there they were. 5 or 6 wires had broke apart. You know when you take a piece of wire and bend it over and over it will eventually break. That's what happened. I matched up the colors did the repair and everything works.
