How do I remove the lower panel below the glove compartment

how do i remove the lower panel below the glove compartment
in order to replace the blower fan motor?

there are some small screws that need to be removed along with some push pins. look with a good light to see.

no, just get a good light and look. there is about 3 or 4 screws

I have unhooked the wires and unscrewed the plastic cover under the blower motor but something is hanging up the plastic cover i cant see how do i get it out of the way
