car won't idle

car would start and idle high, because i turn up the idle,but when i turn down the idle the car engine stop. The mixture screw is set ok. No matter what i do, it will start then stop, if i take my foot off the gas pedal.What could be the problem ?

Clean out the idle air control valve and the EGR valve and see what happens-Also check fuel pressure

Idle air valve is on throttle body and has coolant lines going to it.

It is best NEVER to sdjust idle screw, until you find problem.
