Fuel consumption

My car 1330 cc does 60 Km per 5 litres of fuel(gallon). Is the consumption good or consuming more than needed for both urban and rural combined driving.

So you mean its consuming more. Its piston rings are not good. Position 1 consumes oil and 4. Spark plug are a little black
compression is good and runs well. Just fuel consumption
