Where is fuel injection relay on 1992 toyota celica?

And, does the fuel pump relay on the same car only provide 12V to the fuel pump? On this car, it will run on a prime of starting fluid only for 4 sec. I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. I am now trying the fuel injection relay, $24.95. The fuel pump relay is $80 and I am wondering why so expensive?

Look at diagnostic link in car. Jump +bat to Fp. Fuel pump should run, if not then pump, if it runs, then fuse, relay, or ignition switch.

Toyota relays are expensive for some reason, I go to junk yard and buy relays from other Toyotas, you can get them for $5.
