My 1992 Toyota GT Celica (convertible) doesn't want to accelerate like it used to. i changed the spark plugs and Distributor cap and Rotor, the spark plugs and and oil change?

You should never chase down a problem by throwing money at it. It hardly ever works and just cost you money.

Instead, diagnose a problem in a logical order and testing each component. Through a process of elimination, you'll find your problem and it'll cost you a lot less.

Now that you've eliminated the ignition system (by replacing all the parts), move to the fuel system beginning with fuel pressure. Next check the fuel filter, then regulator and injectors.

If the fuel system checks out, check for an exhaust restriction, especially the cats. Then if that checks out, do a compression check on all cylinders.

Finally test the sensors, wires/connectors and computer.
