Transmission problem

1992 Toyota Camry LE 267,856 miles 2200 engine A140E transmission.
Put shifter in D and transmission is in overdrive. Same for 2 location. Shifts fine from L to 2 and then D and reverse works fine. Have changed both solenoids in transmission with no difference. Brake lights work so not brake switch.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Also the o/d switch lights the light on and off and the ECM switch lights the light on and off and no check engine light comes on. The shift lock override doesn't seem to do anything.

Check and test these sensors coolant temperature, throttle position and vehicle speed sensors
