if my car is bumping on the driver's side and it is not the front end alignment problem, what is it?

when i purchased 2 front tires i thought the problem would go away but i still have the same problem- i still have bumpy problems going 40 miles and over

does it really have 650K miles? if so, the problem is the car, the whole car, and nothing but the car. Other than the whole car and in order of most probable: blown struts, blown control arm bushings, blown ball joints, blown wheel bearings, blown tie rod ends, bad engine mounts, bent wheels. How many miles does this really have?
