i rebuilt z engine about 1 month ago.i replace cilinder liner,valve guide, valve steam seals,& gascats.z problem is when i start z engine blue smoke gos out after z engine warm up it gos.

This is a very typical indication of a problem with either stem seals or valve guides, did you do this yourself or was it done by a head repair business?

Take it back to them and explain that it is burning oil and you need them to investigate why, tell them that you have been advised that this oil burning on start up is consistent with valve stem seals and or guides.
