1992 Subaru Legacy Start Car Runs Fine About 10 Min Battery Light Comes On

when i start my car it runs fine for about 10 min then the battery light comes on and all my lights dim including my headlights. they dim to almost nothing. whats causing this?

A fault with the charging system. Check the drive belts and harmonic damper and alternator.
