1992 Subaru Legacy Heater Blower Intermittent Will Work While Shut Off This

My heater blower is intermittent, It will work for a while, then will shut off. This is on all speeds. I notice if I shut off the radio, it will come back on. Which is bad radio or Heater blower? thank you.

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?The radio could be sharing or stealing and power or ground source for the blower motor.

No I don't have a multimeter. But I was driving just a while ago, I parked, shut off the heater, turned on the radio for a minute or so, turned off the radio and turned on the heater. It took a few minutes and then the heater started blowing again.

Were going to need a multi meter to do some testing to see what the blower motor looses when the radio comes on?
