car hesitates at steady speeds

I have a 1992 Saturn and at steady speeds the car hesitates, I have had the plugs, wires, fuel filter, and had an injector service done. No warning lights

If you turn on the a/c if it work's will it hesitate worse?What kind of plug's did you have put in?Also you need to make sure your spark plug wire's weren't miss routed when they were replaced.Was your car doing the same thing before you replaced all these part's?You could even have a bad egr valve opening too much or leaking vacuum.
