My radiator fan will not turn on

I just replaced the fan with a brand new fan. The fan still does not turn on. I have checked the fuses and Relays they are all fine. also the ac will not turn the fan on either. What is the problem? my mechanic said that it was the ecu but i dont think it is. what do you think?

So your a/c clutch engages when you turn the a/c on and the radiator fan doesnt come on?Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?You will need one of those to trouble shoot this problem.

Also have you changed the bottom coolant temp sensor yet the one with two wires going to it?Also inspected the connector terminals if there green or blue replaced the connector also.Then the fan should come on at about 3/4 on the temp gauge.
