valve and ignition timing

How do I redo valve and ignition timing on a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird LE.?

There is no timing adjustment with dis ignition.

You do have timing chain, to look at that, make sure the # 1 piston is on top dead center of compression stroke, before taking anything loose. Note info below.
