Installed new battery, but engine stalls , even after a jump=start. Clicking sound when we turn keys. A few lights cone up dimly.

If the battery has a full charge, check all the battery connections. Do a voltage drop test on battery connections. You just take a voltage reading at each end of connection, with load on the circuit.
