Where is the heater blower motor relay located?

My car has been diagnosed as having a failed air conditioning and heater blower motor relay. Where, on the car can I find this relay? Is this an easy part to change? Where can I buy the replacement part?

It is located under the hood on the passenger side on the air conditioning duct. Yes, it is easy to change and most auto parts should have it.
