I have a 1992 oldsmobile ninety eight regency it runs good but last night when i got home i cut the car off in it will not cut back on i think my starter went out it's not getting no fire to the starter?

try resetting yoru antitheft first or try another key then check fuses and relay underhood check battery for condition.including load test
