hi my name is chris i have a 92 oldsmobile cutlass ciera s i think its a v4 i have 2 questions

1.i start the car and it runs fine it tries to stall and if i stalls it starts right up could it be the fuel pump or fuel injectors?



2.the speedometer isnt working i just got car used and it doesnt move at all what could it be
