a/c blower motor replacement

How hard is it to replace the a/c blower motor in a 92 Olds Cutlas Ciera S 3.3litre?

Removal & Installation (3.3L)
Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Remove drive belt. Remove power steering pump retaining bolts, and position pump aside. Disconnect blower motor electrical connector. Remove cooling tube from blower motor. Remove blower motor mounting screws. Remove blower motor from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure.
