no heat or a/c

a/c and heat worked prior to having a leaking heater core professionally replaced. now the blower motor wont come on at any speed setting and now the a/c dosent work either . is it the blower motor . i checked blower mtr fuse inside the fuse box inside the car and it is good

if you got car back from shop and this stuff did not work i would be right back to shop asking why!
