My heater blows out only hot air

I can no longer adjust the air temperature. I have to drive with windows open. I have the electronic A/C controls. If I set the temperature to 75 degrees, it still blows hot air until it is unbearable inside. Is this most likely a vaccum problem or electronic problem, or ?

Check the air blend door/actuator could be stuck in the heat position
