When the engine is cold, she runs fine. Once warmed up (after approx. Five minutes), engine hesitates when accelerating with RPM's below 2250. Once above 2250 (thereabouts), everything runs smoothly. Cruising speeds produce no problem.

Is your check engine light on?
If so, have the computer scanned for codes [mainly misfire codes] - (some auto parts stores will do this for free).
If codes are present, post then here for further assistance.
