My hydraulic clutch goes straight to the floor board when any amount of pressure is applied to it with out any resistance, and wont come back up unless I grab it with my hand

If the clutch pedal pushrod is still in place and connected to the clutch pedal -also check the clutch return spring -Sounds like you need to replace the clutch master cylinder if there's no leakage anywhere
