have a code 12 changed mass air flow sensor cleared code after installing new one started car ,ran for about for short amount of time died code 12 came up again . I no that the mass air flow sensor is good and is getting power to it . so what should I try next?

see pics if not that then something else is causing it like an air leak in duct work.
