it misses and cuts out while trying to pull out and driveing down the road. it feels like the fuel cut off and turns back on but its geting plenty of fuel. (at low rpms is when it jerks and cuts out the most) and the enigne check light is off

If the check engine light isn't on, that leads me to believe the problem may be the fuel pressure. You mentioned that it has gas, but is the pressure within the manufacturer's specs? Have you ever replaced the fuel filter?
