Timing marks

I can't figure out the bottom marks from the poly the poly has 1 mark and the other thing that is on the side has like a T and a 10 and a lot of small marks. does marks are for the lower poly and I want to know what mark is it.

Manual or Auto tranny -ignition timing is 5degs that means you time between 10 and T while TEN and GRN in the Green test connector jumpered
