Probably between four and four and a half quarts. We never go by numbers because there's a lot of oil that never drains out during an oil change. Fill four quarts, run the engine for a few seconds to fill the new filter, stop the engine, then check the level and add as necessary. The only concern is it is between the "min" and "max" marks on the dipstick. "Add" and "full" are no longer used because it's normal for any engine today to use a little oil between changes, and the level being a fuzz below the "full" mark led to too many complaints.
If you're starting a newly rebuilt engine, expect to need another one to two quarts to fill all the passages.
