what does trouble code 28 mean or indicate,

I obtained information from your site that gives me the codes but it says that code 28 on a sc 300 is ox-sensor but it does not include the sc 400, it only shows this code for sc 300

I believe it is the same. I looked up info on the sc 400. Click on the link.

Codes are generic so it applies for all vehicles but diagnostic methods might be different.
