I just replaced the power steering pump as well as the hose, and I am having to add power steering fluid every couple of days because the car is winning and making the same sound before I replaced the power steering pump and hose

Check for fluid inside the accordion boots on the rack and pinion assembly. If there's any fluid in them, the rack is leaking and must be replaced. The easiest way to check is by sliding off the clamp on the small end where it seals to the inner tie rod end, then use a pick to pull the end of the boot open. You'll likely see fluid pour out if one of the end seals is leaking.
