1992 Lexus Es 92 Ls400 Will Start Now First Would Click Battery Tried Jump

I have a 92 Lexus ls400... It will not start now, at first it would click like it was the battery, tried to jump it off but battery isn't dead. Then tried to start it and I don't do anything now, no sign of power when I turn the switch. Could it be the starter or an electrical problem...plz help

the clicking was the warning that the starter was failing. now it has expired.

replace the starter
