Hi. My dash lightts get dark in certain areas. Also when i drive for a period if time and come to a stop it flutters. Would appreciate any thoughts. I had a tune up and throttle body cleaning. Its better because of it but still hav the issues

bulbs for the dash system

check for vacuum leaks. check the idle air control as well
