1992 Jaguar XJ6 The car is not getting fuel

The car is not getting fuel. I sprayed starting fluid and it runs. Since then we have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. Still same problem.

Some aftermarket fuel pumps are bad. When you turn the key on you should hear a buzz, if you don't, fuel pump is not working.
