I am trying to remove the valve cover on the driver side of my 92 trooper with the 3.2l SOHC engine. I believe I have all the bolts out but it is hanging up on the rear end near the firewall side. If I reach behind the cover in the tiny space left in front of the firewall I can feel there is a 12mm bolt there. Does that hold the cover on? Is the cover just binding on the old gasket or am I needing to take that backside 12mm bolt out?
Thanks for any help you can give.

There should be a total of 11 bolts holding the cover.
