just bought this car.all lights were working until today.now i have no tail lights and no dash lights.all other lights work.also when i press the break pedal sometimes it makes the dash lights work?any help would be appreciated.also i have checked all the fuses

it sounds like a wiring issue. have the wiring inspected for any corrosion or grounds issues.
