Hello, so i got this car used and who ever owned it be for me was not to bright. They took off stock tail pipe and put on one that makes so much noise on purpose, do i have to get a new muffler im very confused

Ha, like you I hate that noise. Yes, you need to replace the muffler. The one on it is designed to be loud.
