why wont my parking lights,taillights and dash light work???

i can push the brake pedal and brake lights come on, and headlights work, but taillights, parking lights and dash light DO NOT..i have changed the fuses, and changed battery...

Do you have a dash light dimmer switch, if so this may be faulty.
