I need to replace my Honda's igniter and ignition coil. I know how to get to the ignition coil, but I'm having trouble on how to find out how to replace the igniter. Can you help me figure out how to replace my igniter?

Here is a good way to diagnose and test the ignitor and coil pack and shows you where these two things are to replace. They are both easy to remove and replace.
