I just came n checked out a friends 92 honda accord I checked da timing belt and it was broken off, I wanna know if her car is interferance and how can u tell if the valves are bent.

Yes, this is an inteference engine. Check the valve clearances. Any that have excessive clearance could mean bent valves.
