Crash start? Do you mean jump start, like with another car? When you let the clutch out, when(?), you hear the loud grinding?

my starter motor wont start so i have to roll start it an wen i release the clutch it makes a real loud noise like smething is jaming

Remove the starter and make sure that the nose has not broken away and is bouncing around, common fault, if that is ok, you will have to pull the box as i would say the clutch has started to fall apart.
