Friend has a 92 Vandura 5.7 TBI I added some fuel cleaner and the van began to run great idle perfectly after a short time and then it cut out and was hard to start or wouldn't start at all. After further investigation it appears the throttle body injectors are just barely dripping fuel no spray at all. Would it be a good suggestion to replace those or is there any other options?

Check the fuel pressure. You're looking for between 10 and 15 PSI. Also check the fuel filter
