Keep well serviced, has high idle around 1500 to 2000 checked fuses, and vacuum lines, changed o2 sensor. Still idles fast and sometimes stalls when shifting to drive or reverse, do you have any suggestions, thank you for your time

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light illuminated?

The idle control has a fault and most likely the IAC is stuck or there is a vacuum leak after the throttle body.

The check engine light came on changed o2 sensor it stayed off. I always keep 1/2 tank of gas and service every 2 to 3 months. Tune up, oil, filters. I will check and replace iac, I have had the burb for 14 years and never serviced the iac.

If you do not have any trouble code, cleaning the IAC might work.
