Can I change my manual locks, to power locks on a 1992 GMC Sierra? Or How can I just change the manual ones if I cant make them power? My driver door I can unlock with a screwdriver (or anything that will fit in it) and I want it too lock properly. Any ideas on how I should go about this?

What I suggest is this. Contact different shops until you find one that sells a power lock system. It won't be factory, but you won't be able to tell. They do make them. As far as a factory system, you will end up spending more than it's worth. If you primary concern is the driver's door, just replace the tumbler. It's a cheap and easy fix to your problem.
