How do I remove the entire dashboard from this vehicle and then replace it?

I had a friend replace the heater core and when he put things back together, he didn't use all of the bolts. I have loose accessory panels and when I try to 'pop' the hood, it also releases the brake. I want to try to rebuild the dash so that it is solid again.

I'd like to know how many bolts are actually in the dash. I found almost 15 extra in the cup holder.
