spark plug smoke

when i start my car.theres a little smoke comes out of the plugs.what is this

did you change/mess wit plugs? your sure they are in right and snug? and you say all the plugs are doing it? maybe it's coming from valve cover leak? does the car have a lot of blowby? again, you sure it's coming from plugs? or just in that area?

also if it's from sitting or oil leakage it will probably go away by itself unless oil leak from say valve cover keeps spilling onto plugs.
