Whenever I put my car in reverse it makes my car jerk and I don't know what's causing it to do that. It only does it in reverse.

Had some problems with throttle position sensor and bought a new one so maybe it's linked to that?

The most likely suspect is an engine mount. Have a helper shift between drive and reverse while you watch how much the engine rocks. Watch the mounts for excessive movement and check the rubber bushings for signs of deterioration.
