I put on a new brake master cylinder on my tempo of the of the 4 line hook ups to the master cylinder only 2 are pushing Florida the front and the back why is this what can I do to fix it

Please use some punctuation in that huge sentence, otherwise it can be read at least three different ways. Are you getting fluid from one front wheel and the opposite rear one? If so, that's from pushing the brake pedal all the way to the floor. You can get away with that with a new master cylinder, but when it gets to be more than a year old that will usually damage them. Go to one of the bleeder screws that is not flowing fluid and give it quick, short burst of compressed air, then let them gravity-bleed.
