Ok Ive Got 92 ford tempo GL That Seem's To Be A Fuel Guzzler Which It Wasn't Before, Ive Changed The Air Filter, Intake Air Temperatue Sensor, Mass Air Flow Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, Air Control Solenod, & What Im Trying To Say By Fuel Guzzler Is If Im Doing The Average 100Kmh Speed Limit Down The Road My Rpm Sticks To 3000 Rpm, The Vehicle Idles Fine At 800 Rpm In Park, But When I Put In Drive Hold Down The Brake Still Idles Fine At 800 Rpm, But Once I Start Rolling Down The Road The Faster I Go The Rpm Stays Higher Than Normal, Like Another Example Im Testing At 120 Kmh & My Rpm Sticks To 4000 Rpm, I've Checked The Engine Codes Both Key On & Running, While Running Codes Came Up With (111 System Checks Ok) & With Key On I Came Up With Codes (112 - Intake Air Temperatue Sensor Is / Was Low Or Grounded) & (212 - Ignition Tach Signal Was Erratic (Module / Wiring) Or Spout Circuit Fault - Ignition Systems) Im Still Not To Sure What 212 Means, But All I Know Whatever Feeds 112 Isn't Doing It's Job?

Clear all the codes and start over because you have changed so much stuff may have set it off. Have a trans guy look at it as the rpm should be around 1800 at 100kph it may be slipping kind of sounds like it. To clear the codes pull ecm fuse for 30 seconds.

Yeah After Each Part Ive Changed Codes Were Always Cleared By Disconnecting A Battery Cable For A Half Hr Or So, & Im Pretty Sure It Cant Be The Tranny Cause Ive Just Done A Replacement Within 2 Months Ago & The Vehicle Was Fine Then, But Anyhow Ive Been Trying To Figure This Problem For Half A Month Now, Im Still Pretty Curious About This Code 212? Ive Done A Test On The IAT Sensor & There Asolutely No Power To It, And Still Cant Figure Out & Needing Help Of The Location Of The Part, Of Code 212? Id Like To Try Replace That & See If The Truth Speaks Of These Error Codes, & If It Isnt The Problem, I Might Just Give Up & Take Your Advise On Getting The Transmission Checked In....

Ok Ive Just Recently Changed The Spout, & While I Was Doing That Ive Had One Of The Battery Cable's Disconnected, Took The Car Out For A Drive Awhile Later, & Noticed Nothing Has Changed & Was Still The Same, Came Back Home, Checked For Codes & This Time I Came Up With Again (111 - System Checks Ok) & A Different Code (122 - Throttle Position Low Possibly Grounded Or Open Circuit) Im Honestly Not To Sure What To Do Anymore, This Car Just Has Me Standing Here Scratching My Head With Confusion, Well Anyway Time To Get The Transmission Checked Out, My Last Option....

If you are getting the 122 code then check the wire leading from pcm to be touching engine or the harness is chafed and cutting voltage off. See pic for code 122 diagnosis, also try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner as it may be binding shaft. Also clean tps switch or around it as much as possible.
